Our Green Seal Certified Floor Seal and Finish yields a high-gloss finish. And, optionsforlife Floor Seal and Finish contains 20% solids for a durable finish in fewer coats. Product is ready-to-use and should not be diluted.
optionsforlife zinc-free Floor Seal and Finish product contains no heavy metals, Formaldehyde, ammonia or nonylphenol surfactants. High levels of zinc, for example, have been found to be toxic to aquatic life.

USE
Good on wood, vinyl, linoleum, cork, ceramic, resilient and composition tiles, terrazzo and terra cotta floors. Not for use on "no-wax" floors. Not for floors that are coated with Polyurethane. Test on an inconspicuous area if unsure.
Coverage: 1,500 to 2,000 sq. ft. per gallon. Product is ready-to-use and should not be diluted.

This product meets the Green Seal(TM) environmental standard for industrial and institutional cleaners based on its reduced human and environmental toxicity and reduced volatile organic compound content.
May be used with any good Floor Stripper or on floors that do not need stripping.
