Floor Seal and Finish, One Gallon

A very effective zinc-free floor seal and finish that yields a high-gloss finish. Options Floor Seal and Finish contains 20% solids for a durable finish in fewer coats.
Our zinc-free Floor Seal and Finish product contains no heavy metals, Formaldehyde, ammonia or nonylphenol surfactants. High levels of zinc, for example, have been found to be toxic to aquatic life.
USE
Good on wood, vinyl, linoleum, cork, ceramic, resilient and composition tiles, terrazzo and terra cotta floors. Not for use on "no-wax" floors. Not for floors that are coated with Polyurethane. Test on an inconspicuous area if unsure. Coverage: 1 gallon, 2 coats, 1,500 to 2,000 sq. ft.

Meets Green Seal’s standard for industrial and institutional cleaners based on its reduced human and aquatic toxicity and reduced smog production potential. Greater worker safety and safer to use in areas with children, pets and plants than most conventional petro-based cleaners.
Best when used with bio-based Options Floor Stripper.
