A very effective floor seal and finish that yields a high-gloss finish. optionsforlife floor seal and finish contains 20% solids for a durable finish in fewer coats.
Zinc-free floor seal and finish contains no heavy metals, Formaldehyde, ammonia or nonylphenol surfactants. High levels of zinc, for example, have been found to be toxic to aquatic life.
USE
Good on wood, vinyl, linoleum, cork, ceramic, resilient and composition tiles, terrazzo and terra cotta floors. Not for use on "no-wax" floors. Not for floors that are coated with Polyurethane. Test on an inconspicuous area if unsure. Coverage: 1 quart, 2 coats, 375 to 500 sq. ft.
Best when used with bio-based optionsforlife floor stripper.
Maintain floors with optionsforlife neutral floor cleaner and cold water.
