Tell us how you used the product and how the product failed to meet your expectations as formed by our product descriptions. If you have used the product properly and it still failed to meet your expectations, we will refund your money within 10 days of our receiving the used product container with any unused product in it. We will, of course, also reimburse you the cost of regular parcel post shipping service.
